Testing

Today we are doing a test...My first ever download of any kind..

I'm finding myself kind of holding my breath, as i work to put this all together.I took one picture the other day.  Now have played with it.Gave it some texture.  Created a tou for myself.  Found a place on MediaFire to store it. Just created my first ever zip file.


   Click on picture to get to download. A comment would let me know if the link worked..Now maybe i can breath again..

Blog Train ???

          A few weeks ago I signed up to be on the giving end of a Blog Train.  It has been so much fun to work on this idea. I really have a whole new appreciation for the ladys that do this all the time.
        I have my pages ready. A few are photos that were taken in local areas.The elements have been a challenge. But a fun one.  More to come as we get closer to departure..

Playing with pink..

 This week I got the chance to work with some gifts from Minkey and Kyra .  All three kits were pink.  It was one of those days when some stress just had to go somewhere..I got six done,sent them to Minkey she chose one to put up on her page..
            Here are two of them..I really enjoyed working with them. Things just seemed to flow. I think they came out pretty good.

          For many long past years I have worked off the stress by pulling weeds in the flower beds around the house..Now that is not possible. Who knows maybe by accident I have found a new way to work out the unwanted stress.

The weather is showing even more signs of turning to winter. The first few flakes of snow have alreay floated down in front of the kitchen window, just as I was refilling my coffee.I suppose winter must come in order for us to get back to spring. But I don't like it at all. The cold,wind,and of course the snow ICK !! I do not drive in the winter at all, never have. So getting out of the house goes down to about once every two weeks.While in Moscow, Idaho today I found two new books to add to my winter supply of to be read books. Will need to pick up a few more in the next few days..

It's late and I'm tired. Have a wonderful week everyone..

Heavy Heart

     The last few days have been hard to get thru. Wed early evening we had something bad happen at our house. It wasn't anyones fault. Just happened..Due to the mechanical workings of a recliner we lost one of the puppies.  Gotta tell ya this has been the hardest thing in the world to deal with.  Warren called him Stripe, I called him my puppy,being the only one that looked like mom. The one I would have wanted to keep if we could have kept a puppy.


With A Russian-Dutch Heart  had this as a freebie the other day..It caught my eye..I set off to see what I could o with it.  Now at times my sense of humor can be different from most people. It was time to feed the puppies, I couldn't help but get this pix when I checked on their progress.
    
I laughed so hard at runt.Guess he was gonna make sure ,he got his part of dinner. This was only the second time for canned puppy food. Believe me they made a mess !!!
Later that day I worked on an extraction. Haven't done very manny of those. I used a picture of my Grandaughter watering the flowers..What do you think ??  Hardest part was the water coming out of the hose.  Thats it for now..
